SNG Organized Data Collection On Land Ownership, Use And Access In Three Communities

The social land lab data collection was done in three communities in three regions. Prior to this, a pre community entry was done to inform the chiefs and women cooperatives on the activities of the lab.

During the community entry, the three social land lab action groups conducted data collection. Each group however have their area of focus. The three groups were focusing on Socio-economic and cultural norms, Land administration and gender and climate action affecting women access to land in the three communities.

In Buglung and Kananto, women cannot visit the chief palace without the male gender leading her. This is however different in Dadiaso, as women can visit the chief palace without any male gender leading them.
