HAFIZ MUNTAKA

National Coordinator

Hafiz Muntaka Imam Mohammed is the National Coordinator of Shea Network Ghana. He holds three master’s degrees (MPhil, MA, & an MBA) and brings extensive development experience — spanning restoration, biodiversity, livelihoods, economic justice, health and nutrition, and peacebuilding — from the grassroots level to the United Nations, in service of Ghana’s rural poor. He has demonstrated resilience, achievement and innovation in development practice contributing 20 whole years to alleviating poverty in mostly five northern regions and beyond.

ISSAHAKU ABDUL MAJEED

Finance Manager

Issahaku Abdul Majeed is nine years at Shea Network Ghana as Finance Manager. He has been responsible for managing petty cash, payroll, and salary; preparing donor Accounts and budgeting and supporting other office routines.
He managed a five (5) year Project Accounts on the Women Economic Advancement for Collective Transformation (WEACT) funded by OXFAM and Global Affairs Canada. He also successfully managed and retired funds from BUSAC Fund Ghana on “Advocacy Action on Local level Bye Laws project – Funded by BUSAC.
Mr. Majeed also managed a project “Improving marginalized women rights to access and control of shea parklands to guarantee long term sustainable investment in Northern Ghana. Funded by STAR Ghana (DFID) Christian Aid.
Lastly, he successfully went through a 3-year Audit by Price Water Coopers (PWC) on the STAR Ghana project and a 5-year Audit commissioned by Issifu Ali and Co.
Majeed is excited to contribute to the growth and development of Shea Network Ghana. He graduated from the University of Cape Coast with a bachelor’s in commerce.

IBRAHIM IDDRISU

GESLERP, Sustainability and Gender Officer

This is a dedicated agronomy professional with five years of specialized experience in sustainable shea value chain development, community-driven restoration, and cooperative strengthening across Northern Ghana. He has a proven track record in scaling tree-planting initiatives, rehabilitating degraded savanna parklands, and building resilient farmer cooperatives through training, aggregation, and market linkages.

RASHIDA ABDULAI

M&E and Member Services Officer

Rashida Abdulai serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at SNG for three years now and doubles as the Member Services Officer. She has experience in monitoring project activities and reporting on progress towards achieving project outputs. She monitors and evaluates overall project progress against the objectives and results.
Coordinates the activities of the network and its members to ensure effective management of member database; timely dissemination of information to members, organizing member engagement events and forums, processing membership registrations and renewals and maintaining relationships. She holds an MBA in Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a BA in integrated Management Studies from the University for Development studies.
